We are is currently seeking a dynamic executive leader for the position of System Vice President of Process Excellence for Franklin Hills Medical Center, located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
The Vice President will lead and manage the FHMC Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure optimal effectiveness and achieve continuous improvements in the quality, efficiency and value of organization services across the system, and will also create and foster a culture of accomplishment that will allow FHMC to drive its goals and objectives across the system.This executive leader will be responsible for the oversight and ongoing development of the system-wide Process Excellence (PEX) team and will have the opportunity to drive innovation across the entire system and create value for its stakeholders.The Vice President will apply strategic and technical understanding of process excellence to developing, implementing and overseeing a strategy for leveraging the Project Management Office as a development opportunity for future FHMC leaders.This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, interacts regularly with functional and business leaders across the system and with the FHMC executive leadership team. This position directly or indirectly supervises department, functional and business entity leaders, manager and associates as required.
