We're about to open our doors at BrewDog Cincinnati and we want you to be part of our journey in the Queen City.
Back in 2007 in a small fishing village in North East Scotland BrewDog was founded by James Watt and Martin Dickie, two guys and their dog, at the start of a mission to make people passionate about Great Craft Beer. They were bored of the industrial lagers and stuffy ales that dominated the UK market. The solution? To take matters into their own hands and brew beer themselves. Ten incredibly busy years later and BrewDog has become Top Dog in the craft beer revolution in Europe; fighting in the trenches to make incredible craft beer. - In 2017, we opened our second brewery in Columbus, Ohio. After over two years of incredible success – we are continuing our core mission to make people as passionate about craft beer as we are in Cincinnati!
TO MAKE OTHER PEOPLE AS PASSIONATE ABOUT GREAT CRAFT BEER AS WE ARE.
BrewDog was born with the aim to revolutionize the beer industry and completely redefine beer-drinking culture. We’re determined to make a stand for independence, a stand for quality and stand for craft. And a big part of this is shamelessly spreading our passion for great craft beer.
Our brand is not just our identity, it encompasses our entire purpose. People don’t just care about either our
beer or our PR activity; they buy into our entire entity. Our status as an employer, the values we stand by, our collaborations with other breweries, who we are, and why we are here.
OUR 'ANTI-BUSINESS' BUSINESS MODEL
WE'RE CHOOSING REVOLUTION OVER COMMERCIAL MEDIOCRITY
Alongside our Equity Punks and our incredible crew, we’re determined to fight tooth and nail for the things we believe in as we aim to make a meaningful impact on both the world of beer and the world of business. We’re giving away 20% of our profits every year, 10% to our crew and 10% to charity, with The Unicorn Fund. We’re a fierce living wage supporter and we make sure our crew members get the benefits they need to build their lives from a healthy pension contribution to maternity, paternity and even pawternity leave. We even use short payment terms to help fledgling craft brewers when we buy guest beers from them.
Here at BrewDog, we are passionate about two important things – our beer and our people. Take a look below at some of the benefits available to our crew.
